Comfort Inn San Diego Old Town – Hotel near airport in San Diego

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were in bad shape, from the restroom to the front door being hard to open. The smell of cigarette smoke in one room and strong chemical odors in another didn't make for a pleasant stay. On top of that, being charged for an in-room safe fee without prior notice left a sour taste, ensuring I won't be returning.

This hotel is just what we needed for our gathering, with clean and up-to-date rooms that were surprisingly quiet. The friendly staff and useful amenities made our stay comfortable, though some clerical errors were a bit frustrating. The location was perfect for our plans, though it could look cleaner.
